Παρουσίαση του 'Country of Pain' του Adedeji Adetayo στην Afrikana

Αλήθεια, δεν είχα σκεφτεί ποτέ και για ποιο λόγο ο επιβλητικός ελέφαντας θα έπρεπε να είναι ο βασιλιάς της ζούγκλας (και όχι το τεμπέλικο λιοντάρι) όπως επίσης και γιατί το νερό δεν έχει κανένα εχθρό (Fela Kuti - Water Gets No Enemy)! Και το πως αυτές οι απαντήσεις-προσεγγίσεις να μπορούν να δίνονται χρησιμοποιώντας μία μοναδική γλώσσα που μόνο η αφρικανική μουσική μπορεί να μιλήσει.
Η Afrikana χθες το βράδυ ήρθε, μουσικά, πιο κοντά στο όνομά της παρά ποτέ! 
Αναφερόμαστε, βεβαίως, στην παρουσίαση του νέου single του Νιγηριανού μουσικού Adedeji Adetayo 'Country of Pain' και σε μια live βραδιά γεμάτη afrobeat,afrojazz & funk ρυθμούς κι ηχοχρώματα!
O Adedeji, διαδραστικός όπως πάντα, μας κράτησε σε μια διαρκή εγρήγορση και μας έκανε συμπαίχτες του σ' αυτό το λεκτικό-φιλοσοφικό-μουσικό παιχνίδι!
Εξηγούσε, λεκτικά, το φιλοσοφικό υπόβαθρο των στίχων και της μουσικής, μέσα από το πρίσμα των αφρικανικών καταβολών του, και αμέσως μετά ακολουθούσε η μουσική μετάφραση.
Μία μουσική μετάφραση που χρησιμοποιούσε πολλά είδη οργάνων, ηχοχρωμάτων, ρυθμών και ήχων. Μια μοναδική πολυμορφία και ηχητική πολυχρωμία!
Συνδιερμηνείς του μία ομάδα μουσικών που απέδειξαν για μια ακόμα φορά την αξία τους!
Μαζί με τον Adedeji Adetayo στην (μια εκπληκτική custom made) κιθάρα και στα φωνητικά έπαιξαν και μετέφρασαν μουσικά οι:

I'm fascinated Brothers! Well well done!

Really, I have never thought about the reason why the majestic elephant should be the king of the jungle (and not the lazy lion) as well as why water has no enemy (Fela Kuti - Water Gets No Enemy)! And how these responses-approaches can be given using a single language only African music can speak.
The Afrikana venue last night came, in terms of music, closer to its name than ever!
We refer, of course, to the presentation of the new single of Nigerian musician Adedeji Adetayo 'Country of Pain' and to his live performance full of afrobeat, afrojazz & funk rhythms and timbres!
Adedeji, interactive as always, kept us in a constant alertness and turned us to his teammates in this verbal-philosophical-musical game!
He explained, verbally, the philosophical background of the lyrics and music, through the prism of his African origins, immediately followed by the musical translation.
A musical translation which used many types of instruments, timbres, rhythms and sounds. A unique diversity and colorful sound!
Co-translators, a group of musicians who have demonstrated once again their musical value!
